Job Description

• You are responsible for the monitoring and development of strategically important clients
• You represent the company externally, develop lasting relationships, and ensure that clients are perfectly advised and supported
• Autonomous advice and monitoring of existing large industrial and artisanal clients, as well as prospecting for new clients
• Identification of client needs and development of tailor-made solutions from our product portfolio
• Organization and execution of client visits, presentations, as well as product training
• Responsibility for achieving turnover objectives in the assigned sector
• Close collaboration with the sales team, product management, and the technical service
• Participation in trade fairs and professional events to strengthen the brand
• Preparation of offers, negotiations, and contract conclusion
• Regular reporting to the sales management

Desired Profile

• You have excellent communication skills, are customer-oriented, and possess a strong commercial instinct
• Completed professional training (commercial or technical)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment
• Additional training in the field of sales/marketing, technical sales, business administration (ES), or equivalent is desirable
• Solid practical skills in ERP/CRM systems as well as common MS Office tools
• Proven experience in key account management
• Knowledge in related sectors such as surface treatment, mechanical engineering, chemistry, or metallurgy = an asset
• Very good German skills
• Communication and negotiation strength
• Good technical understanding and enthusiasm for durable products
• Availability to travel in the Suisse romande region
