As part of the reinforcement of our teams, we are looking for an IT Support Technician N2 (80 - 100%) You will join our support center, a team of about fifty technicians and engineers, with real autonomy over your client portfolio. No micro-management: we trust you to manage your files, knowing that the team is there for support when needed. The position is based in Ecublens and involves interventions at our clients. Missions: * Take charge of and resolve level 2 support tickets * Provide technical assistance (by phone or by email) and on-site support at clients * Maintain client infrastructures * Participate in technical projects * Contribute to the team's knowledge base Profile sought: * CFC informaticien or equivalent * 3 years minimum experience within an internal technical department or in a service company in an equivalent position (advanced technician or system and network administrator) * Written and oral mastery of French * English, minimum level B1 * Driver's license * Technical skills: + Mastery of Windows 11 / Terminal Server (TS) and VDI environment + Solid mastery of AD and Azure environments + Administration of Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, File server, RDS, PowerShell...) + Mastery of fundamental Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration concepts + Mastery of basic concepts in network connectivity (firewall, web filtering, VLAN, routing, VPN, WiFi...) + Workstation administration (software deployment, access rights management, security...) + Experience in backups and restoration + Knowledge of a ticketing tool (ManageEngine, for example) + Knowledge of ITIL best practices (Foundation certification, a plus) What we appreciate in you: reliability, sense of service, and the ability to manage your scope autonomously.
