Your mission ----------------- Within our social vocation workshops, you accompany people presenting notably with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and challenging behaviors. Your main responsibilities will be to: * accompany individuals or groups, taking into account their needs and their projects; * implement adapted support promoting autonomy, participation, and well-being; * collaborate with the network of the people being supported and the various professionals involved; * ensure the administrative follow-up of the support and the workshop; * contribute to the development and evolution of practices around autism and complex situations; * share your expertise and, depending on your skills, participate in the training of the institution's staff in the field of autism. Your profile ---------------- You are a committed, autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented person. You appreciate teamwork and know how to adapt to varied situations. You possess: * a diploma as a Social Professional Master (MSP), ES or HES educator or training deemed equivalent; * at least 3 years of experience in supporting people presenting with ASD and/or challenging behaviors; * pedagogical skills and an interest in the transmission of knowledge; * excellent mastery of usual IT tools; * a developed sense of responsibility, organization, and collaboration; * a capacity to question yourself and work in an interdisciplinary manner; * a driving license, category B.
