For our partner, a medium-sized company, we are looking for a landscaping foreman.

Job Description ##

As a Landscaping Foreman, you will be a key player in the organization and realization of our company's landscaping projects. You will be responsible for supervising teams in the field, guaranteeing the quality of the work carried out in compliance with deadlines, safety standards, and our customers' expectations.

Your missions:

• Supervise the team of landscapers on 2 or 3 construction sites and distribute tasks according to skills and priorities.
• Organize and coordinate landscaping work: planting, pruning, maintenance, outdoor landscaping.
• Manage the supply of materials, equipment, and tools necessary for each site.
• Ensure site monitoring in terms of quality and compliance with deadlines.
• Ensure the safety of the team by respecting current protocols and raising awareness about the importance of occupational safety.
• Communicate with clients to guarantee their satisfaction and respond to their specific needs.
• Report on the progress of work, problems encountered, and proposed solutions.

We expect ##

• Languages: German, French
• Significant experience in the field of landscaping, with initial experience in team management or as a team leader.
• Solid technical knowledge in landscaping (creation, maintenance, planting, outdoor landscaping, etc.).
• Leadership and organizational skills: ability to manage a team and optimize site progress.
• Rigor and respect for deadlines: you know how to manage several projects in parallel while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Autonomy and initiative: you are able to make decisions in the field to quickly resolve unforeseen events.
• Driver's license
• Good physical condition
• Punctuality, rigor
