For an important partner in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a:

Job description ###

-Supervise teams of movers and industrial installers

-Organize and coordinate dismantling, handling, transport, reassembly, and installation operations

-Prepare various interventions and anticipate technical constraints

-Allocate tasks and coordinate human and material resources

-Analyze risks and guarantee the application of safety measures

-Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with deadlines

-Control the quality of the work performed

-Manage unforeseen events and seek suitable solutions on the ground

-Ensure communication with clients, production managers, technicians, and internal teams

-Participate directly in technical operations when necessary

Profile ###

-Solid experience in industrial relocation, heavy handling, lifting, or machine assembly

-Proven experience in supervising technical teams on site

-Good knowledge of handling and lifting equipment

-Ability to prepare, organize, and supervise an industrial intervention

-Forklift, crane, aerial platform license or heavy goods vehicle C/CE license being assets

-Excellent safety culture

-Natural leadership and ability to unite a team

-Sense of organization and responsibility

-Autonomy, pragmatism, and solution orientation

-Good communication skills and sense of customer service

-Flexibility and availability to work on different sites
