On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an Insulation Technician (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will perform thermal insulation work on different types of technical installations, notably pipes, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• You will prepare, cut, shape and adjust the various insulating materials according to the dimensions and characteristics of the installations.
• You will proceed with the installation and fixing of insulation materials on piping, ducts, tanks, boilers and other technical equipment.
• You will manufacture and assemble the protection elements necessary for the realization of the insulation work.
• You will install sealing devices and protections intended to limit heat loss, condensation and temperature variations.
• You will set up barriers and protection systems against steam, fire and smoke in accordance with technical prescriptions.
• You will apply different coatings, mastics, coverings and finishing products in order to ensure durable protection of the installations.
• You will perform finishing work and ensure a clean, precise result that complies with the requirements of the construction site.
• You will take the necessary measurements on site and adapt the insulating elements to the different configurations encountered.
• You will read and interpret the plans, technical diagrams and assembly instructions necessary for the proper realization of the work.

Your profile:

• You hold a qualification in the field of insulation, thermal insulation, building or a training deemed equivalent.
• You benefit from experience in the installation of thermal and technical insulation.
• You know the different insulating materials as well as their installation methods.
• You master the use of tools and equipment necessary for insulation work.
• You know how to read and interpret plans, sketches and technical diagrams.
• You are manually skilled and demonstrate precision in your work.
• You are autonomous, organized and capable of effectively managing your tasks on the construction site.
• You enjoy teamwork and collaborate easily with the different trades.
• You are in good physical condition and are comfortable with work on construction sites.
• You rigorously respect safety instructions and the standards in force.
• You are a reliable, punctual, conscientious and responsible person.
• You know how to adapt to the different situations and constraints encountered on construction sites.
• You pay particular attention to the quality of work and to the finishes.
• Ideally, you have a driving license and are mobile to travel to different construction sites.
