About the position

Are you looking for a dynamic, varied position at the heart of the manufacturing process?
Our client, a recognized industrial company, is looking for a Versatile Operator ready to commit immediately. Within the peripheral production sectors, you will play a key role in the preparation, processing, and finishing of parts before and after manufacturing.

Your main missions:
Preparation and startup:

• Prepare material and components in view of launching production orders (OF).

Technical processing & Deburring:

• Perform deburring of parts using cryogenics and dry ice blasting machines.
• Use a micromotor for precision deburring of metal inserts.
• Perform finishing tasks and manual deburring on finished parts.

Marking & Sandblasting:

• Operate a laser machine for marking parts.
• Ensure sandblasting of metal and plastic inserts (manually and automatically).

Surface preparation:

• Apply adhesion products (adhesion) by spraying onto inserts.

Maintenance:

• Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of parts and production tools.

Profile sought:

Know-how:

• Initial experience in an industrial environment in operator, preparer, or shaper functions is appreciated.
• Mastery or ease with technical equipment (laser, sandblasting, cryogenics) is a plus.

Soft skills:

• You demonstrate strong dynamism, rigor, and an excellent ability to adapt to production needs.

Manual skills:

• Meticulous and skillful with your hands, you have a concern for quality and detail.
