Cost Accountant

Your main missions will be as follows:

-Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of general accounting
-Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;
-Analyze and reconcile accounts, particularly intercompany flows;
-Perform accounting and financial analyses related to real estate activities and projects;
-Participate in the preparation of financial reporting and performance monitoring;
-Contribute to restructuring, merger, and accounting data reliability work
-Ensure the monitoring and analysis of the group's various financial operations;
-Participate in the improvement and optimization of accounting and financial processes;
-Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and the Finance Department.

We are looking for:

• Approximately 8/10 years of experience in accounting with reporting preparation
• Federal Diploma or equivalent
• Mastery of an ERP
• Salary to be discussed - availability for early December

It is important to be able to become efficient quickly on the accounting closing and the analytical part with the Head of Department.
