On behalf of our client, a recognized player in the field of infrastructure in Geneva, we are looking for a

Works Coordinator - 100 % #

Your mission #

Within the Works & Planning department, you will actively participate in the management and coordination of maintenance, transformation, and renovation works.

In this capacity, your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Plan and coordinate the maintenance, transformation, and renovation works of the structures.
• Supervise the mandated companies and ensure the monitoring of their interventions.
• Control the progress of the works, compliance with deadlines, and the quality of services.
• Ensure communication between the different stakeholders and the administrative follow-up of files.
• Provide operational support to engineers and works managers within the framework of specific projects.

Your profile ##

• You hold a CFC electrician or an equivalent training in the field of building technology.
• You benefit from several years of experience in the renovation and transformation of buildings.
• You possess good knowledge of the different trades in the building industry.
• You are comfortable in company coordination and site monitoring.
• You have excellent communication skills and know how to establish relationships of trust with your interlocutors.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and committed, you enjoy teamwork and know how to manage priorities.
