Quality Assurance Officer

Ref 2579986 | Date: 19 Sept 2026 Adecco Quality Assurance Officer Our client, a recognized player in the industry, is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to strengthen its Quality team at its Vernier site. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with GMP requirements on the ground. * Train and raise awareness among employees regarding good quality practices. * Conduct internal audits and support teams in continuous improvement. * Lead investigations related to non-conformities and quality complaints. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness. * Participate in risk analyses and change management. * Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain and Maintenance teams. * Higher education in Chemistry, Science, Analytical Chemistry or a similar field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a regulated industrial environment. * Excellent knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001 and ideally EFfCI standards. * Experience in internal audits and continuous improvement. * Fluent French and very good level of English. * Proactive, rigorous person, capable of influencing and uniting around quality issues. * Profile * Higher education in Chemistry, Science, Analytical Chemistry or a similar field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a regulated industrial environment. * Excellent knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001 and ideally EFfCI standards. * Experience in internal audits and continuous improvement. * Fluent French and very good level of English. * Proactive, rigorous person, capable of influencing and uniting around quality issues.
