This internship within the HR Department offers you the opportunity to join a concrete and cross-functional mission, in direct contact with the teams and at the heart of their expertise.

You will contribute to enhancing, structuring, and transmitting Caran d’Ache's know-how, while developing your skills in audiovisual production and content creation.

Digital Intern

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are currently undergoing training in higher education, specializing in audiovisual, communication, content creation, multimedia or an equivalent field, and must complete a mandatory internship to obtain your diploma;
• You are comfortable with IT and digital tools;
• You master video editing, filming, and sound recording tools;
• Curious, you have a real interest in the company's professions and know-how;
• Autonomous, organized and rigorous, you also possess good team spirit;
• Gifted with good interpersonal skills, you know how to adapt to your interlocutors;
• Pedagogical, you are able to explain the use of audiovisual tools simply;

YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS:

• Preparation of shoots: anticipate material and technical needs and participate in setting up filming and sound recording.
• Video production and editing: participate in the preparation, filming, and editing of video content for our internal teams.
• Support for employees: explain and transmit best practices to allow teams to easily use filming, sound, and video capture tools.
• Capturing internal know-how: go to meet employees and accompany them in the capture of their knowledge and expertise.
• Creation of internal content: imagine and produce different formats allowing for the enhancement of the company's projects, professions, and expertise.
• Management and organization of content: contribute to the archiving of our documentation and our digital library (filing, archiving, and organization of resources).

You will work within a team composed of 6 people.
