Job Description ##

• Preparation, cutting, processing, and packaging of meats according to quality standards
• Development of charcuterie products according to recipes and current hygiene standards
• Rigorous control of the quality of finished products
• Strict respect for hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP)
• Work in shift patterns (2x8 or according to rotation on site)

• CFC as a butcher-charcutier or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good physical condition and taste for teamwork
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor
