Nurse at 80%-100% Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed Hours: continuous + weekends and on-call Working at Sans-Souci means: * Accompanying people living with mental disorders, in their recovery journey and their life projects. * Developing a global, individualized and non-judgmental support relationship, which recognizes the experience, choices, resources and aspirations of each person. * Supporting self-determination and empowerment, by building responses with the person that take into account their priorities, their capacities, but also the risks they choose to take. * Embedding one's practice in a harm reduction approach, particularly regarding consumption, by prioritizing dialogue, pragmatism and the search for adapted strategies rather than a purely prescriptive logic. * Co-constructing rehabilitation and reintegration projects with the residents, in partnership with their network and the various professionals involved. * Evolving in a dynamic, interdisciplinary work environment that is open to initiative, allowing for varied, creative and reflective practice. * Benefiting from the working conditions provided by the CCT of the Vaudois parapublic sector.
