The advertising agency of the ESH Médias group. We are dedicated to the marketing of leading print, digital, and display advertising solutions in the cantons of Valais, Neuchâtel, and the La Côte region. Through our high-performance and innovative advertising offers, we enable advertisers to communicate relevantly in French-speaking Switzerland.

As a commercial assistant, you will be attached to the Client Relations Department.

The Client Relations Department is at the heart of the group's operational model. In daily contact with advertising clients and internal teams, it ensures the follow-up of advertising campaigns from order to invoicing, supports the sales force in file management, and processes incoming requests for job, real estate, and obituary advertisements.

How you will contribute to our success:

• By ensuring the fluidity of the campaign life cycle - From the receipt of advertising orders to invoicing, you guarantee rigorous and reactive processing of files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the commercial conditions agreed upon with clients.
• By being a reliable support for the Impact Médias sales force - You actively support advisors in the preparation and follow-up of offers, the booking of placements, and coordination with the graphics department for the receipt of campaign elements.
• By maintaining a quality client relationship - As the first point of contact for incoming requests, small job, real estate, and obituary advertisements, you respond with listening, precision, and a sense of service, building a lasting relationship of trust.
• By contributing to the development of Impact Médias revenue - You identify opportunities for additional solutions and spontaneously propose complementary offers within the framework of the current pricing conditions.

This position is for you if:

• You have a basic commercial training (CFC or maturity) supplemented by a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in media, advertising, or business services.
• Your interpersonal qualities are as follows: sense of service and customer orientation, ability to adapt to different interlocutors, listening skills, adapted communication, including in delicate situations.
• You demonstrate organization, rigor in work, and know how to meet objectives and deadlines.
• You are comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and more broadly with new technologies, a CRM, and the digital environment.
