Your Missions

• Perform move-in/move-out inspections
• Manage claims and coordinate related works
• Organize and supervise various stakeholders and service providers
• Process requests from owners and tenants
• Ensure the proper functioning of technical installations (heating, hot water, air conditioning, lighting, elevator)
• Ensure the preservation of the building by planning and executing routine works, and by taking all urgent measures to prevent potential damage
• Supervise concierge activities

Your profile

• First successful experience as a technical manager within a real estate agency
• Diploma and/or experience in real estate or construction
• Developed administrative skills (writing, syntax, spreadsheets)
• Excellent level of French, both spoken and written
• Comfortable with IT tools; knowledge of the Quorum software is an asset
• Team spirit, sense of collaboration and autonomy
• Ability for organization, anticipation and planning
• Rigor, method and proactivity
• Good analytical and synthesis skills
