Structure, place of work:

• Le Chalet, ASPC (Accueil Spécialisé sur les Périodes de Congé), located at Les Pléiades in Blonay. Open only on weekends and school holidays. Network work and colloquiums during the week.
• Support for school-age children placed by the DGEJ.
• Children welcomed in relay from institutions, families, or foster families.

It is in a pleasant working atmosphere that you will be involved in the different levels of institutional functioning. A foundation with strong values, St-Martin is also committed to training by offering every new collaborator a six-day course in psycho-trauma.

Profile:

• Nursing training and experience in social education.
• Interest in a participatory institutional culture, while having a good ability to decide and a sense of leadership.
• Ability to grasp global stakes (institutional, network, families, etc.) and to articulate them with the needs of the team and the children. Interest in network work.
• Knowledge of child development stages.
• Knowledge of maltreatment indicators and care methods to be provided to victims (psycho-traumatology).
• Flexibility of mind, personal stability, confidence and capacity for self-reflection.
• Sense of diplomacy.
• Interest and ability for planning.
• Writing skills, ability to synthesize and good oral expression skills.
• Interest in systemic, psychotraumatological and humanist approaches.
• Interest in the mountains, sport and nature.
• Desire to commit long-term.
• Driver's license.
