Important remarks: Hours Monday to Friday 6h00/16h00, approximately 6 Saturdays to manage peaks related to public holidays. ### What you accomplish * Lead, both humanly and professionally, a team of 20 to 25 employees * Guarantee the smooth running of processes and contribute to the implementation of the continuous improvement cycle in operational activities * Support the development of employees and conduct performance interviews as well as annual skill evaluations * Encourage and develop inter-departmental collaboration within the distribution center * Active support in daily activities, such as order coordination and performing inventories * Participate in specific projects ### What you bring * Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (CFC) * Specialization: in the field of logistics, completed by a federal diploma of logistics specialist * Professional experience: Professional experience: 3-5 years In a comparable role * Experience in managing a large team, team spirit and flexibility * Process-oriented and cross-functional thinking and action * A thoughtful, structured and rigorous working method * Proficiency in MS Office and various logistical tools * French (C1) * German (A1) * English (ADVANTAGEOUS) ### What we offer you * Company parking: Free parking: Are you coming by car?
