The Opportunity

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our customers to guarantee them a smooth and positive experience. Your sense of service, your proactive approach, and your ability to solve problems will be essential to ensuring our customers' satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Your Missions

• Integration and training: you integrate and train our customers in the use of our solution through training sessions of 2 to 3 hours.
• Advice and expertise: you advise and share your product expertise in order to help customers make the most of their subscription.
• Preferred point of contact: you are the first interlocutor for any customer question or request.
• Customer experience: you manage and follow your customers with a clear objective: to offer exceptional service. Your mission is to exceed their expectations and create true "WOW" moments of satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Education: you hold a bachelor's degree or can justify equivalent experience.
• Experience: you have a first successful experience in an account management or customer relations role.
• Analytical spirit: you combine strong analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: you know how to establish immediate trust and create a strong bond with independent entrepreneurs.
• Digital native: you are comfortable with SaaS tools and tech environments: mastery of a CRM is a real plus.
• Mobility: a driving license (permis B) is indispensable. You manage the Genève region with total autonomy.
• Languages: native French. Professional English is appreciated for collaborating with our international teams.
