Senior Electrical Project Manager – Genève / Lausanne

As part of your duties, you will notably be in charge of:

• Analyzing project needs and defining technical solutions in high voltage and low voltage.
• Supervising studies, dimensioning, and the preparation of technical documents.
• Organizing the different stages of the project and ensuring the monitoring of budgets, deadlines, and quality.
• Preparing tender documents for companies and analyzing received proposals.
• Coordinating the work of engineers and designers.
• Ensuring exchanges with clients, architects, companies, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitoring the execution of works.
• Accompanying testing, commissioning, and the acceptance of installations.
• Identifying technical or organizational difficulties and proposing suitable solutions.
• Higher education in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Solid experience in electrical project management, with the ability to lead projects autonomously.
• Significant experience, ideally around 20 years, in the electrical field and technical project management.
• Professional experience in Switzerland indispensable.
• Good knowledge of Swiss electrical standards and SIA project phases.
• Good mastery of high voltage / low voltage environments.
• Ease with design, calculation, and project monitoring tools.
• Ability to anticipate difficulties and propose concrete solutions.
• Ability to coordinate several interlocutors and disciplines simultaneously.
• Fluent French, both spoken and written.

You will be responsible for the management of electrical projects, from the definition of technical solutions and studies to coordination, monitoring of execution, and the acceptance of installations.
