Commercial Employee 60–80 %

We are a dental laboratory located in the Chablais valaisan and are looking for a commercial employee at 60 or 80 % to complete our team.

Your missions

• Routine administrative management of the laboratory
• Stock management
• Greeting and receiving telephone calls
• Email management
• Entry and tracking of orders
• Establishment and tracking of invoices
• Coordination and tracking of work with dental practices
• Organization of deliveries and shipments
• Data entry and management in Winbiz
• Various administrative and secretarial tasks related to the smooth running of the laboratory

Your profile

• You are an organized, autonomous and versatile person
• You are dynamic, rigorous and have a sense of responsibility
• You enjoy telephone contact with clients and teamwork
• You are comfortable with IT tools
• Knowledge of Winbiz is an asset
• Experience in the dental field is an advantage
