Collaborator for Construction Police, Public Procurement and Project Management Assistance

We are active in the fields of architecture, interior architecture and spatial planning thanks to a team of professionals with varied skills. Our office notably provides support and assistance services to Municipalities within the framework of Construction Police and Public Procurement, for which we are looking to reinforce our staff with a: Collaborator for Construction Police, Public Procurement and Project Management Assistance Your profile: * professional experience in architecture, spatial planning, law or in a municipal service (ideally more than 3 years and in Switzerland); * motivation to expand your knowledge in these fields; * good skills in dialogue, writing and simplification; * a good sense of public-private relations. Your tasks, in collaboration with the existing team: * the analysis of building permit applications for the Municipalities with which we collaborate; * the monitoring of files (recommendations on procedures, responses to oppositions, ...) ; * the organization of tender procedures in connection with Public Procurement; * the role of assistance to public and private Project Owners (choice of procedures, organization of competitions, tenders in connection with Public Procurement, ...).
