STEP Production Assistant

As a production assistant, you contribute with the other production collaborators to the success of CIMO by ensuring the proper functioning of the wastewater treatment plant in support of the operational managerSupport the operational manager in monitoring the operation of the facilitiesMonitor and contribute to the achievement of performance objectives (sector KPIs)Manage and coordinate logistical flows using the SAP software (raw materials, technical equipment, waste, -)Contribute to the training of collaboratorsEnsure the monitoring of documents necessary for operation (e.g.: operating procedures, initial states, RI, etc.)Collaborate with support functions to maintain and improve production tools (Projects, MODAM, safety review, commissioning, -)Ensure the coordination and monitoring of corrective and preventive maintenance in collaboration with the operational maintenance sectorParticipate in the optimization of the facilities by proposing improvementsReport observed or foreseeable deviations and actively participate in their eliminationA CFC in a technical or chemistry-related fieldA federal certificate of wastewater treatment plant operator or potentially being willing to undergo this training3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of water treatment or industrial productionA good command of IT tools and an interest and ability to follow technological evolution in the field of water treatmentA sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and ease in human relationsA strong corporate culture, based on collaboration, trust, and respectA cutting-edge technological environment, within an SME anchored in the regional economic fabric Real opportunities for professional development, with continuing education as a strategic pillar Attractive conditions, including advantageous social benefits and flexibility favoring work-life balance
