• Provide administrative support to procedural teams predominantly in French
• Create and manage extensive investigation files including associated indices and documents in physical and digital form
• Independently conduct business controls and monitor deadlines
• Prepare and draft procedure-related correspondence and act as the first point of contact for inquiries from procedural parties, other offices, or third parties
• Plan, prepare, and protocol interrogations
• Prepare coercive measures and support their execution

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience, preferably at a public prosecutor's office, a court, or in the legal profession
• Independent and efficient way of working with a strong sense of quality
• Solution-oriented, resilient, and proactive personality with a strong team spirit
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language
