HVAC BIM Designer M/F

Your missions ###

• Design and produce HVAC technical plans and diagrams using CAD/CAE tools
• Perform sizing and energy efficiency calculations according to applicable Swiss standards
• Participate in the preparation of technical files intended for authorities and partners
• Contribute to the operational monitoring of projects: planning, coordination, exchanges with stakeholders
• Collaborate actively in the technical and energetic coordination of projects
• Write technical notes, reports and project documents

Profile sought ###

• Recognized training in HVAC building technology (CFC or equivalent)
• Experience or solid foundation in HVAC technical drawing
• Mastery of at least one technical drawing software (type Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD)
• Interest in thermal and energetic calculations (dedicated software appreciated)
• Understanding of project phases according to Swiss standards
• Comfortable with common office tools
