To meet the growth of the company and the technological evolution of our customers' expectations, we are looking for a Technical Buyer at 80--100 %. In this varied and strategic function, you participate in the development and evolution of Purchasing policies and strategies and guarantee their application. You also participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and products and ensure the strategic and operational management of the product families assigned to you. A good negotiator with a solid understanding of the technical field (mechanics, automation), you are an autonomous person wishing to take on new challenges. Your creative, innovative and solution-oriented spirit will provide avenues for improvement with the aim of optimizing our expertise. Some travels abroad are part of this function. Your main responsibilities: Strategic purchasing: Analysis and optimization of the supplier portfolio for the assigned product families * Definition of specifications with internal departments as well as with suppliers * Market analysis, search for new regional and international sources of supply * Analysis and negotiation of total cost of ownership (TCO) Operational purchasing: Qualitative improvements of our purchases, management of non-conformities and follow-up of improvement plans with our suppliers * Requests for quotations, analyses (including documentation and certifications) and volume allocations * Validation of orders, negotiation of deadlines, management of the order portfolio according to established priorities Your support for the management of supply parameters and purchase prices Your profile: * From a technical background, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a buyer in the field of industrial purchasing * Knowledge/interest in regional and international supply markets * Very good knowledge of French and German (B2 at minimum), knowledge of English is an asset * Good understanding of how an ERP works and ease with MS Office (especially Excel) * Holder of a federal certificate or diploma in purchasing would be an asset We offer you: A versatile position in a dynamic company open to evolutions, which stands out to remain at the cutting edge of technology in its field of activity.
