As a concierge, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, you ensure that the environment is well-maintained and you are the first point of contact for our clients on site. ### Your tasks: * Autonomously execute inspection tasks * Manage maintenance and upkeep activities of the facilities * Handle various requests and minor troubleshooting * Manage small repair projects * Monitor and accompany the execution of work by mandated companies * Daily process work reports, delivery notes and order tickets * Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements in the bank branches * Maintenance of surfaces on request * Ensure the on-call service ### Your profile: * CFC agent d'exploitation or a title deemed equivalent * Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technology) * Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites * Mastery of French * Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Driver's license mandatory (service car provided) * Autonomy, Reactivity, Priority management, Good communication * Interpersonal and service skills * Ability to work alone or in a team ### Ready for us?
