What awaits you-

• Manage energy projects from A to Z for our private clientele, companies, local authorities, and our own production installations.
• Manage multi-technology energy projects from A to Z, from design to sizing through to commissioning: solar photovoltaic, energy storage (including BESS), heat pumps (PAC), and groupings within the framework of self-consumption (RCP).
• Develop our energy storage activity, particularly large-capacity projects.
• Coordinate partners and service providers, ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines, and quality.
• Contribute to commercial development by preparing offers and identifying new opportunities.
• Evolve our services by proposing new solutions adapted to market needs and technological innovations.
• Cultivate a close and trusting relationship with our clientele and our partners.

Your profile

• Higher technical education (HES, EPF, ES or equivalent) in the fields of energy, electrical engineering, or electrotechnics, or a professional background deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in photovoltaic projects with storage and large-capacity storage installations (BESS).
• Mastery of sizing tools and good knowledge of Swiss technical and electrical standards.
• Strong skills in project management, coordination, and budget monitoring.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and sense of initiative.
• Interpersonal skills, sense of service, and taste for teamwork.
• Curiosity for new technologies and the challenges of the energy transition.
• Category B driving license.
