Concierge & Cleaning Supervisor (m/f) 100 %

• Establishment of schedules, intervention planning and coordination of cleaning agents' rounds
• Conducting rounds and internal audits to ensure compliance with specifications and cleanliness standards
• Organization and supervision of specific services (carpet shampooing, high-level window cleaning, floor stripping)
• Direct field intervention to cover absences or manage operational emergencies
• Integration, training in safety protocols and support for new employees
• Daily or weekly briefings, transmission of instructions and staff motivation
• Management of small tasks and coordination of subcontractor interventions
• Follow-up of complaints and client requests.
• Validation of working hours, management of absences, leave and follow-up of annual interviews
• Inventory and ordering of cleaning products, equipment and consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
• Verification of the condition of the machine fleet (scrubber-dryers, vacuum cleaners) and organization of repairs
• Follow-up of satisfaction, collection of grievances and adjustment of services directly with the client
• Control of costs related to products and labor to respect the budgets allocated per unit
• Transmission of elements to ensure billing compliant with the services delivered
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental rules in force at ISS
• Control of the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the adequate use of chemical products
• Supervision and training of new employees
• CFC in the cleaning field (cleaning agent, operations agent or equivalent), an asset
• Continuous training in the cleaning field
• Confirmed experience in team management
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and in maintenance activity
• Good command of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese or Spanish an asset)
• Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office)
• Driver's license, clean criminal record
• Sense of service, good organization and communication
• Autonomous, proactive, organized
