Legal Secretary 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and write correspondence as well as legal and administrative documents
• Manage deadlines, due dates, and priorities with precision and discretion
• Welcome, guide, and inform clients with professionalism
• Ensure the administrative and legal follow-up of ongoing files
• Assist the lawyer in the daily management of their activities
• Manage client files autonomously, from opening to archiving
• Ensure the proper maintenance and updating of databases and management tools

Profile

• Proven experience of several years within a law firm or a legal environment
• Excellent command of standard IT tools
• Perfect command of French, both spoken and written, with irreproachable spelling
• Great autonomy, sense of organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously while respecting deadlines
• Proficiency in Winlex and a strong interest in artificial intelligence tools
