The open child and youth work operates a meeting point and carries out socio-cultural projects. For a maternity cover, we are looking for a motivated, humorous and resilient personality on a fixed-term basis from 1.1.2027 - 31.7.2027 as

Child and Youth Worker (40 - 50 %) ##

Your tasks

• Supervision of adolescents during the opening hours of the Jugendhaus Roxx in Murten
• Outreach youth work in the living space of the adolescents
• Accompanying leisure activities and projects with children and adolescents
• Promoting the participation of children and adolescents
• Individual conversations with adolescents regarding various life questions

Your profile

• Education in Social Work or equivalent training
• Experience in child and youth work or socio-cultural animation
• Ability to build relationships and to network
• Willingness to work flexibly - this also includes evenings and weekends
• German or French speaking with good knowledge of the other language
