On behalf of our client, we are looking for a

Job description ###

In the context of your duties, you will be the guarantor of the complete management of the company's accounts and the recording of accounting transactions, as well as the preparation of financial statements according to a defined schedule while respecting the instructions of rigor and integrity.

-Supplier management: Entry and payment of invoices, VAT declaration.
-Fixed asset management: entry of depreciation, inventories, monitoring of leasing, GL reconciliation, monthly update of the annual investment budget with actual expenses.
-Sales control: Control of invoices, reconciliation between the sales module and GL, sending reminders in agreement with the Commercial Dept.
-Liquidity entry: Entry of banking transactions, update of the cash flow table, Cash management, monitoring of expense reports, management of bank access.
-Tax management: payment of tax installments and justification of accounts.
-Monitoring of salary advances, entry and monitoring of social security contributions, monitoring of provision accounts.
-Management of annual and monthly closing: closing entries, justification of balances.
-Audit management
-Guaranteeing the reliability of the company's accounts and the preparation of accounting documents in compliance with legislation
-General responsibility for the proper functioning of the company's archives.
-Analysis of overhead costs
-Actively participate in improvement projects.

Profile ###

• Federal Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in Switzerland, in industry a serious ASSET
• Autonomous / mastery of general accounting
• SAP or other/ very comfortable with IT tools
• Sense of responsibility and respect for deadlines
• Discretion and confidentiality
