head nurse at 100%

Your mission:
Ensure a clinical and managerial reference role aimed at promoting personalized care, as well as the development of a positive team dynamic focused on mobilizing the skills of each and every one
Promote the continuous improvement of clinical practices with internal and external stakeholders
Deploy mobilizing leadership aimed at encouraging autonomy and the taking of individual and collective responsibilities
Create effective and positive working relationships with all interlocutors, based on trust and cooperation
Your profile:
Bachelor in nursing (HES or title deemed equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross)
Postgraduate training in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics or palliative care and several years of experience
CAS in management or a recognized training of identical level
Clinical, organizational and managerial skills mobilized for at least 10 years in an environment centered on the elderly
Mastery of common IT tools
Willingness to engage in a dynamic of development of both skills and the autonomy of professionals
Interpersonal skills translating into active listening and the development of trusting relationships, capacity for reflexivity with an aptitude to analyze one's practice and to draw lessons from experience, ease in interdisciplinary exchanges aiming for collaborative decision-making
