Production Planner

In this capacity, he or she participates in the realization of the production S&OP, manages production plans, and coordinates the release of production orders while maintaining the defined planning parameters. He or she participates in the evolution of selection and requirement calculation tools. Your activities * Participate in the realization of the production S&OP, * Plan production in the short/medium term (monthly load analysis), * Monitor adherence to the production plan, * Maintain planning parameters (articles and production stations) and evolve management policies, * Create tools to select and perform releases, * Be proactive in proposing optimizations for production management, * Master and evolve the requirement calculation tool, * Ensure coordination with partner departments (Sales, Production, Procurement, Methods, Quality), * Ensure consistency between given lead times and customer commitments, * Schedule production lines, * Ensure the monitoring of production orders and their timely arrival, * Perform the release of production orders, * Manage performance indicators in the workshop, Professional and personal skills * Mastery of production management and planning systems (ERP) * Knowledge of the global management of an industry * Ability to evaluate forecasted production times * Analytical and synthesis skills * Planning & sense of organization * Decision-making spirit and ability to take action * Collaborative and participatory spirit * Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate * Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and openness * Stress resistance * Sense of pedagogy and diplomacy * Ability to demonstrate rigor and methods * Ability to take initiative * Flexibility and versatility Education base and continuous * HES-EPFL engineering diploma or equivalent title. * Master IT tools: ERP, Excel, Access * Knowledge of MS Office, ERP management tools, and project management * Native French speaker with a fluent level of English (min.
