Adecco is looking for a Steel Structure Project Manager to lead and coordinate its metal construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from the study phase to completion
• Plan and coordinate the different stages of the projects
• Ensure monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Coordinate the design, fabrication, and assembly teams
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, architects, and partners
• Analyze technical plans and documents
• Monitor fabrication and assembly on site
• Participate in site meetings and ensure work monitoring
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards and technical requirements

Profile

• Technical training in metal construction, steel structure, or a similar field
• Proven experience in managing steel structure projects
• Good technical knowledge of the sector
• Ability to read and understand technical plans
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and decision-making spirit
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate different stakeholders
• Mastery of standard IT tools
• Professional experience in Switzerland, an asset
