Your mission ##

• Personally, by telephone and online advise our customers in our showroom, answer their questions about our product range and create an attractive customer experience
• Manage assortment-related data in the system and create reports
• Process complex requests concerning returns, repairs and replacement deliveries
• Coordinate the procurement process, from the order to the delivery of the vehicle
• Calculate the sales prices of used cars, establish purchase offers and present the different financing possibilities

What makes you the right candidate ##

• You have already completed another higher-level training and you are at least 18 years old
• You have good language skills
• You are passionate about cars and everything related to them
• You like advising and selling, and you enjoy contact with customers
• You have good manners and a neat presentation
• You like working with your colleagues to create together
