We are looking for our client, a:

Junior Property Manager

Missions:

• Management of a real estate portfolio
• Conducting visits, preliminary visits, and inventory of fixtures
• Technical monitoring of maintenance and renovation work
• Organizing and monitoring the services of different providers, including maintenance contracts
• Preparation and monitoring of budgets and schedules
• Contacts with owners and tenants

Profile:

• CFC as a commercial employee in the real estate sector or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a technical assistant or junior manager within a real estate agency
• Good resistance to stress and good management of priorities
• Very good knowledge of IT tools
• Driver's license required
