At RIEDO Clima SA, you can leverage your commercial skills, take on responsibilities and actively contribute to the development of our Refrigeration & Air Conditioning department. Workplace: Bulle (FR) Start date: Ideally January/February 2027 or by agreement Your missions * You advise our clientele in French and/or German on air conditioning and refrigeration installations. * You develop new business relationships, retain existing customers and build your own client portfolio. * You analyze client needs on site and develop suitable technical solutions in collaboration with our team. * You prepare cost estimates and offers and conduct commercial negotiations until the conclusion of business. * You assume responsibility for your projects, from the initial consultation to acceptance, including planning and realization. * You coordinate installation teams, suppliers and other stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality. Your profile * Ideally, you hold a CFC in a technical field, preferably in building technology, electricity, heating, refrigeration or air conditioning. * You possess good technical knowledge and an interest in air conditioning and refrigeration. * You have a commercial sense, enjoy contact with customers and work autonomously and solution-oriented. * You communicate easily in French and/or German. * You demonstrate organization, assume your responsibilities and enjoy teamwork. * You are proficient in common IT tools. * You possess a valid category B driver's license.
