Your profile:

Higher technical education (HES, engineer or ET technician).

5 to 10 years minimum experience in watchmaking, ideally in the field of dials.

Excellent knowledge of manufacturing and industrialization processes.

Leadership, autonomy, rigor and excellent interpersonal skills.

Analytical spirit, sense of priorities and solution orientation. Your missions:

Manage development projects for new products, from the analysis of customer needs to industrialization.

Coordinate quality, methods, production and logistics teams.

Guarantee technical feasibility, quality and compliance with deadlines.

Ensure the follow-up of technical files and support the transition to series production.

Actively participate in continuous improvement and the resolution of technical problems.
