Active in western Switzerland, we help our clients realize their projects by providing global, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions, whether it be electricity and heat production and distribution, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning, or water treatment. Through efficient and innovative solutions, the Celsius Direction specializes in the production, supply, and distribution of renewable heat and natural gas; to date, the company operates about fifty district heating networks.

Mission :

• Lead strategic and cross-functional projects, from their scoping to their realization, while ensuring respect for objectives, deadlines, resources, and budgets
• Support organizational transformations and change management, by coordinating the various stakeholders
• Evaluate and concretize growth and development opportunities, notably through analyses and business plans allowing to support decision-making
• Lead the deployment and optimization of management and steering tools, notably the ERP and dashboards, by supporting users
• Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in order to optimize processes, performance, and value creation

Profile :

• Higher education (HEG, HES or equivalent), ideally completed by training or certification in project management (PMI or equivalent)
• Proven experience in strategic, cross-functional, or transformation project management, as well as in the coordination of multiple stakeholders
• Good knowledge of economics and business management, with experience in business development, process improvement, or project portfolio management
• Mastery of steering tools and Excel, as well as good knowledge of ERP environments, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German; English is an asset
