On behalf of one of our clients, a small, well-established fiduciary in the Nord vaudois, we are looking for an experienced assistant accountant to strengthen their team. Do you wish to develop your skills in a professional, human-sized environment strongly oriented towards service quality? This position offers you an excellent opportunity to participate actively in the accounting management of a clientele from very diverse sectors.

Assistant Accountant in fiduciary services (M/F) at 40-60%

Your responsibilities

• Enter and allocate accounting documents rigorously.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Participate in the preparation of Swiss VAT returns.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual closings.
• Prepare various monitoring tables and accounting reports.
• Manage administrative tasks inherent to client files.

Your profile

• Commercial, accounting training or a degree deemed equivalent.
• Proven professional experience (a first successful experience in a fiduciary or an accounting department is a major asset).
• Good knowledge of general accounting and Swiss VAT.
• Mastery of usual IT tools.
• Rigor, sense of organization and great attention to detail.
• Autonomy, discretion and a strong team spirit.
