Then, Regimo is made for you. ### What you will do As the manager of the Lausanne branch, you report directly to the CEO of Regimo. You bear the operational responsibility for the site, lead the team, and maintain key relationships with clients and commercial partners. In this capacity, your main missions consist of: * Ensuring the management of the branch and supervising its significant real estate portfolio of all types * Guaranteeing quality real estate management, at the service of the customer * Driving the operational development and financial performance of the branch: budget, turnover, profitability, and key performance indicators * Leading, mobilizing, and advancing a team of approximately 25 employees Identify key clients and build relationships with them Identify development possibilities in the market and seize business opportunities Work in close collaboration with management and other departments of the company ### What we offer A committed team and a company close to the field, where respect guides daily work.
