As part of our development, we are looking for a:

Facility Services Manager

for the Vaud, Fribourg and Valais region

Your mission:

• You are the person responsible for the proper conduct of Facility Services operations at your clients
• You implement the strategy and the fixed objectives
• You are the partner and the privileged contact for your clients
• You are responsible for budget monitoring and compliance
• You are responsible for satisfaction and the quality of services provided
• You manage and lead daily multi-activity operational teams
• You control performance and analyze KPIs
• You ensure proper compliance with HSE rules
• You seek the constant optimization of service quality by implementing the necessary actions
• You are a source of proposals and in constant search of proactivity for your clients

Your profile:

• You benefit from initial or continuing education in the field of Facility Management (FM), building technology (HES, MAS), higher education in the field of hospitality (hotel school) or similar fields
• Initial or continuing education in a technical field, an asset
• Proven management and professional skills, ideally in the service sector
• Experience in Facility Management, Facility Services or a similar field; experience in the health sector and/or GMP environment is a major asset
• Good technical knowledge
• Autonomous, proactive and structured way of working, with good analytical skills
• Stress-resistant personality, capable of setting priorities correctly
• Team spirit and ability to motivate others
• Appropriate and convincing presentation
• Very good computer skills
• English: good written and oral understanding
• Category B driving license
