Clerk Purchasing Internal Sales

For a dynamic industrial company in stainless steel processing in Seeland, we are looking for a flexible reinforcement in purchasing internal sales 60-100%.

• Procurement: Operational purchasing of raw materials, pipes, fittings and operating supplies
• Offers: Obtaining and comparing supplier quotes
• System maintenance: Recording orders, posting goods receipts, maintaining article master data
• Logistics: Transport organization for import/export including preparation of customs documents
• Schedule control: Active monitoring of delivery deadlines in exchange with suppliers
• Support: Regular deputy duties in sales internal sales (telephone, orders, delivery notes)

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Education: Commercial basic training (KV) or equivalent
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in internal sales (purchasing/logistics an advantage)
• Languages: German at native speaker level, good oral French skills
• IT: Proficient use of MS-Office (focus: Excel)
• Working style: Structured, exact and independent way of working as well as strong teamwork skills
