Cellap Laboratoire SA in Mont-sur-Lausanne is the Swiss expert in cellular biotechnology and owner of the luxury brand Cellcosmet, recognized worldwide for the extreme efficiency and quality of its skin care.

As part of our expansion and future relocation to Châtel-Saint-Denis, we are looking for a:

Senior Accountant

Your Mission

Reporting to the Group CFO, your main mission is the maintenance of the accounting for the Swiss company, and you ensure the compliance and accuracy of all accounting and reporting operations, thus guaranteeing optimal financial management.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintenance of general and analytical accounting
• Preparation of monthly and annual closings
• Preparation of reporting tables
• Monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Supervision of the automatic recording of accounting documents (digitized)
• Cash management
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Participation in the preparation of annual budgets
• Analysis of results with department heads
• Participation in internal and external audits

Your qualifications

• Degree in accounting, management, finance or equivalent
• Managerial experience is an asset
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in the industrial sector is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP environments (mastery of Abacus would be an asset), as well as standard IT tools, notably Excel (pivot table, etc.)
• Rigor, organization, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Customer service orientation, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Good command of français, knowledge of anglais (minimum B2) or another language is an asset
