It also accompanies young people in initial training, and employs a significant number of collaborators in adapted employment.For its Centre de jour de Pinchat, the Foundation is looking for:A specialized educatorJob description: * Accompany people in daily life and in specific interventions of their personalized project * Act as the reference person for the people welcomed, towards management, parents and legal representatives * Elaborate the personalized projects of the entrusted persons, pilot the action system to improve their autonomy and ensure follow-up in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team * Implement and participate in individual and collective activities in the form of workshops, animations or outings * Guarantee the quality of links between the different professions within the team, the institution and partners * Guarantee an optimal flow of information * Contribute to the supervision, training and support of ASE apprentices, interns as well as any new person integrated within their teamQualifications: * Diploma in social education, Bachelor in social work or equivalent title recognized in Switzerland, with experience in accompanying people in situations of disability, an asset * Marked interest in accompanying the person in a socio-educational logic and by valuing their self-determination * Additional training in the fields of structured education or adapted communication are an asset * Demonstrated capacity to work in interdisciplinarity and marked sensitivity to aspects of prevention and support * Skills in standard office tools * Swiss nationality or valid permitWe offer: * An exciting and dynamic working environment * Quality services supported by a recognized organization * Salary and working conditions: according to the [CCT AGOEER](< >) and the internal regulations of the [Fondation Clair Bois](< >).
