As part of the development of the activities of one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Heating Project Manager to ensure the management and monitoring of projects in the Lausanne region.

Heating Project Manager (M/F)

• Study, plan and steer heating installation projects. * Ensure the technical, administrative and financial monitoring of construction sites. * Prepare offers, tenders, quotes and measurements. * Coordinate assembly teams, suppliers and various stakeholders. * Organize and monitor the progress of works until the acceptance of the installations. * Participate in site meetings and ensure contact with clients, architects and design offices. * Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets, standards and quality requirements. * Identify suitable technical solutions and ensure the monitoring of modifications during the project. + Technical training in the field of heating / building technology. + Federal diploma, federal mastery, ES technician diploma or equivalent training, an asset. + Proven experience in managing heating projects in Switzerland. + Excellent technical knowledge of heating installations. * Good command of IT tools and standard software in the industry. + Autonomous, organized and rigorous person, with a good sense of responsibility. + Interpersonal skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously. + Category B driver's license.
