Our partner is an industrial company active in the watchmaking sector, recognized for its expertise in component manufacturing and its technical know-how. As part of the development of its activities and the transformation of its production, it is looking for a Production Manager to support the evolution of its Supply Line and actively contribute to its industrial performance.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You manage the production activities of your sector and ensure the achievement of objectives regarding safety, quality, costs, and deadlines
• You plan and adapt the necessary resources in order to respond effectively to the needs of the activity
• You implement and develop performance indicators allowing for the sustainable monitoring and improvement of the sector's results
• You supervise a team, support its development, and promote versatility, autonomy, and employee engagement
• You participate in the integration of new equipment and support its ramp-up within production
• You take part in various projects related to industrialization, continuous improvement, and organizational evolution
• You support teams through change phases and contribute to the evolution of working methods
• You ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental rules

• You have higher technical training and possess proven experience in managing industrial production
• You have solid experience in performance management and continuous improvement

• You are familiar with the watchmaking component production sector and its main industrial processes
