Care Coordinator

Patient Welcome and Relations

• Welcome patients with professionalism, kindness, and discretion
• Inform and guide patients throughout their care pathway

Administrative Management and Organization

• Schedule and manage appointments by optimizing schedules
• Update medical records in computer systems (DPI)
• Management of orders and stocks (medical equipment, consumables, supplies), in connection with suppliers and department needs
• Management of clinical staff allocations

Clinical Assistance

• Prepare patients for consultations and examinations
• Assist healthcare professionals during medical acts
• Perform certain technical care (taking vital signs, blood sampling, injections, dressings; ECG according to skills)
• Ensure proper positioning and comfort of patients
• Assist ICUS and the Nursing Management with administrative tasks

Coordination and Communication

• Ensure liaison between patients, doctors, nursing teams, and external partners
• Transmit necessary information for continuity of care
• Participate in the coordination of patient pathways
• Act as a link between the different services of the clinic and the Nursing Management

Billing and Medical Administrative Management

• Participate in billing processes and file follow-up
• Guarantee the compliance of administrative documents

Quality, Hygiene, and Safety

• Respect hygiene and safety rules and current protocols
• Ensure the confidentiality of medical data
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure working environment

Training

• Nursing diploma or ASSC

Professional Experience

• Initial experience in coordination or patient flow management is a plus

Languages

• Excellent command of French (oral and written)
• Minimum English level B1 required, allowing basic professional communication with patients and interlocutors

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, scheduling tools, DPI)
• Knowledge of medical administrative procedures (appointment booking, file management, billing)
• Mastery of basic technical gestures (taking vital signs, blood sampling, ECG, simple care, assistance in medical acts)
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards
