About the role

You will be responsible for the digitization and organization of all historical infrastructure plans. You will work autonomously to ensure the accessibility and long-term preservation of this technical data.

What we offer
One highly flexible temporary mission (100% for 1.5 months or 40% for 3 months), ideal for a student or junior profile.

Tasks
-------

Overall responsibility for the indexing, digitization, and classification of technical infrastructure plans.

• Digitizing physical documents
• Classifying and archiving technical plans of works
• Creating and structuring a library of plans on Microsoft Sharepoint
• Developing a macro on Copilot to optimize document search

What we are looking for

• Good knowledge in reading technical plans (structures, reinforcement)
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Sharepoint tool
• Ongoing or completed training in Civil Engineering (HES, ES, Engineering School or Drafter)

An asset if you possess

• Notions in macro writing (Copilot)
