For one of our clients, a company specializing in the transfer, relocation, and reimplantation of industrial equipment, we are looking for an experienced industrial project manager for a permanent engagement in the canton of Neuchâtel.

Job Description

• Analysis and preparation of industrial transfer and relocation projects
• Planning of the various intervention phases
• Definition of personnel, material, and handling and lifting equipment needs
• Organization of disassembly, handling, transport, reassembly, and installation operations of equipment
• Coordination of the various internal and external stakeholders
• Communication and coordination with clients, production managers, and technical services
• Supervision of operational teams and any subcontractors
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and resources
• Identification of technical and organizational risks
• Implementation and monitoring of safety measures
• Anticipation of constraints related to the different phases of the project
• Management of unforeseen events and resolution of technical problems
• Monitoring of projects until their complete realization
• Guarantee of service quality and customer satisfaction

Profile sought

• Proven experience in the management and leadership of industrial projects
• Experience in the transfer, movement, or installation of industrial machines and equipment
• Good understanding of disassembly, handling, lifting, transport, and reassembly operations
• Experience with CNC machines, machine tools, presses, robots, production lines, or special machines is a real asset
• Ability to simultaneously plan and coordinate human, technical, and material resources
• Experience in supervising teams and subcontractors
• Excellent organizational and anticipation skills
• Very good safety culture
• Leadership and a high sense of responsibility
• Autonomy and ability to make decisions
• Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
